Registered PhysiotherapistDanielle completed her undergraduate degree in Therapeutic Recreation and Leisure Studies at the University of Waterloo. After this program and realizing the importance of movement and play throughout our entire life, she completed her Masters in Physical Therapy at the University of Toronto.
During this time she fell in love with physical activity of all types, competing in fitness competitions, racing in half marathons, the Tough Mudder, full marathons and 2 half-Ironman triathlons. She has felt a lot of different body sensations/aches/pains related to activity (or inactivity due to long hours of studying during her Masters!) After two pregnancies and one traumatic birth and recovery, she understands the entire rehabilitation spectrum and loves working with people to get them back to doing the things that they love and enjoying their lives and family.
Now she loves her Peloton, a Pilates class, a good hike or run and enjoys the work: life balance that David and her have created with Flow that allows them to show up at 100% for their patients and their own lives.

Rachel completed her undergraduate degree in Neuroscience at the University of Toronto in 2007 with high distinction. During these studies she discovered physiotherapy as a patient when injury sidelined her from the sports that she loved. Through her own recovery, she was inspired to complete her Masters in Physiotherapy in 2009. This allowed her to harness her love of studying human motion to help others regain their ability to participate in whatever activities inspire them to be active and keep moving.
To help her do this Rachel has completed levels 1-3 of the Orthopaedic Division of the Physiotherapy Association. She is also certified in Graston Technique and Functional Movement Screening allowing her to both assess and treat movement in the athletic population.
Rachel has completed her Yoga Teacher Training and incorporates these principles into her practice. When she is not in clinic, Rachel can usually be found relaxing by the water, practicing yoga, walking the family dog or chasing around two very active little boys.

Mina is a registered physiotherapist with a strong background in sport and women’s health. She completed her Bachelor of Science Honours Kinesiology and Master of Physiotherapy at McMaster University, where she also played on the Varsity Lacrosse team.
Her own injury and rehab experiences led her to pursue a career in physiotherapy and she has since gained extensive training and experience working with athletes of all levels, including national and professional teams, with a particular interest in contact sports. Mina currently serves as the physiotherapist for the Aurora Barbarians Rugby team and is pursuing her professional designation as a Sport Physiotherapist through Sport Physiotherapy Canada.
Through her work in women’s sport, Mina recognized a gap in women-centred care and pursued advanced training in pelvic health, becoming a registered Pelvic Floor Physiotherapist. Her pelvic health training allows her to work with women across their lifespan, including those with gynecological conditions such as PCOS and endometriosis, as well as prenatal and postpartum clients. She is passionate about keeping women active, strong, and confident in their bodies.
Aside from sport and pelvic floor physiotherapy, Mina has extensive training in the treatment and assessment of orthopedic conditions and has special interest in the treatment of acute and chronic low back pain. Her additional training through the Mckenzie Method (MDT) has allowed her to effectively help many clients with disc herniations, sciatica, and stenosis get back to the activities they love.
Mina’s approach to care is holistic and individualized, combining exercise-based rehabilitation with manual therapy and modalities such as acupuncture, cupping, blood flow restriction (BFR) training, and athletic taping. She offers care in English, Serbian, Bosnian and Croatian.
Outside of the clinic, Mina enjoys doing pilates and strength training, spending time outdoors with her dog, and cooking.

icole obtained her Advanced Diploma in Massage Therapy at Sir Sandford Fleming College and became Registered Massage Therapist 2014. Since then she has become a Certified Life Coach in 2020 and a full Reiki Master Practitioner by 2022 because she knows of the mind-body-soul connection; optimal healing does not happen without work in all three areas.

Massage Therapy was my calling, being able to help people feel better, fix and ease chronic pain, lower their stress and get them back to functioning is something she takes great pride in. Nicole also likes to use a number of modalities in her treatments to optimal results such as Cupping and Instrument Assisted Soft Tissue Manipulation (IASTM).

Carly is a Registered Kinesiologist and Certified Pilates Instructor specializing in both mat and reformer Pilates. With a strong foundation in functional anatomy and human movement, she focuses on helping clients develop strength, improve postural alignment, and move more efficiently in their daily lives.
Her interest in movement developed through years of competitive sports, including soccer and hockey. Experiencing multiple injuries along the way sparked a deeper curiosity about the body, rehabilitation, and the role of effective movement in both performance and recovery—ultimately leading her to pursue kinesiology. Carly earned her Honours Bachelor of Kinesiology in 2016 and went on to gain valuable clinical experience working in multidisciplinary clinics throughout the Durham Region.
Driven by a desire to further expand her expertise in human movement, in 2023 Carly pursued certification in Pilates as a natural extension of her work in kinesiology. She was drawn to its precise, movement-based approach to strength, stability, and body awareness, recognizing it as a powerful complement to her clinical knowledge and a valuable tool for supporting both rehabilitation and long-term movement. Carly also plans to pursue certification in Myofascial Stretch Therapy to broaden her skill set and further enhance her ability to help clients improve mobility and reduce pain.
Carly brings extensive clinical experience working with individuals managing a wide range of injuries and conditions. She is skilled in designing individualized exercise programs and adapting movement strategies to meet the unique needs, limitations, and goals of each client. Her approach emphasizes functional movement patterns, postural correction, and the restoration of core stability, with a particular interest in post-natal rehabilitation and strengthening. She believes that mindful, intentional movement can create lasting, meaningful improvements in strength, alignment, and overall well-being.
Carly is committed to creating a supportive environment where clients can reconnect with their bodies and build strength and resilience that translates into everyday life. As a mom of two young kids, Carly understands the physical demands of pregnancy, postpartum recovery, and the realities of busy daily life. This personal experience informs her compassionate approach to training, helping clients feel supported and empowered throughout their movement journey.
Outside of her clinical work, Carly is also a photographer who enjoys capturing meaningful moments and creative perspectives through her lens.
