Manual Lymphatic Drainage Massage Therapy

Manual Lymphatic Drainage (MLD)

Manual Lymphatic Drainage is a gentle, rhythmic massage technique performed by our Registered Massage Therapists to stimulate the lymphatic system and help move excess fluid out of swollen tissues. Using light, precise strokes that follow the natural pathways of the lymphatic system, MLD can reduce swelling, ease discomfort, and support the body’s natural healing process. Sessions are deeply relaxing and tailored to your needs.
