Running Analysis & Rehab

Run Stronger. Run Smarter. Run Pain-Free.

Whether you're training for your first 5K, preparing for a marathon, returning to running after having a baby, or dealing with a nagging injury that just won't go away, our Running Analysis & Rehab assessments are designed to help you understand why you're experiencing pain—and how to get back to running with confidence.

At Flow Physio + Wellness, we combine a comprehensive physiotherapy assessment with detailed video running analysis to evaluate the factors that influence your running, including your movement patterns, strength, mobility, training load, and running technique. Rather than trying to create a "perfect" running form, we identify what is most important for your body, your injury, and your goals to help you run more efficiently while reducing your risk of future injury.

Running Analysis & Rehab FAQ

Do I need to be injured to book a Running Analysis?

Not at all. Many runners book an assessment to improve efficiency, prepare for an upcoming race, or reduce their risk of injury before symptoms develop.

Should I bring my running shoes?

Yes! Please bring the shoes you typically run in. If you rotate between multiple pairs, bring those along as well.

Will I actually run during my appointment?

Yes. You'll spend a short period running on our treadmill while we capture slow-motion video from multiple angles.

How long is the assessment?

Your initial Running Analysis & Rehab assessment is approximately 60 minutes, allowing plenty of time for both your physiotherapy assessment and video analysis.
