Rachel Wilson MScPT RYT is a Registered Physiotherapy and Registered Yoga Teacher and incorporates physio yoga into treatment sessions by blending manual therapy with the mindfulness, movement, and breathwork of yoga. *Please be sure to book all 6 weeks.Rachel Wilson MScPT RPYT is a Registered Pelvic Health Physiotherapist and Registered Prenatal Yoga Teacher and offers a Small Group Prenatal Yoga 6-Week Class Series that is covered under your physiotherapy benefits.
This is a therapeutic yoga class led by registered pelvic health physiotherapist and registered prenatal yoga teacher, Rachel with a focus on gentle, tailored movements, mind-muscle connection between our breathing and core and pelvic floor muscles and education surrounding pregnancy and birth layered into each class.
The class size allows for personalized attention and safe progressions and modifications to accommodate all stages of pregnancy. Rachel will also provide home exercise videos and handouts through Embodia after each class to participants.

To expand, as physical health practitioners we see the value of the stability, flexibility, strength, control and balance that yoga provides.Yoga practice is an opportunity to learn body awareness and connect to your breathing and movement. Yoga is also a mindfulness and spiritual practice and we appreciate that our mental, emotional and spiritual wellness impact our physical body greatly. Therefore, we are strong advocates of approaching movement holistically and yoga does just that.
We see participants with chronic pain, automimmune disease, arthritis, balance issues, low back pain, postural dysfunction, pre and postnatal women and more. -
Physiotherapy Yoga with Rachel is accessible through Physiotherapy benefits. You may book with Rachel using the following steps:
1. Book a Physiotherapy Initial Assessment with Rachel Wilson MScPT RYT RPYT
2. Discuss a treatment plan incorporating Physiotherapy Yoga
3. Book a 45-minute or 60-minute follow up physiotherapy treatment with Rachel where your yoga flow will be incorporated. -
Please wear clothing that you feel comfortable in for movement and a water bottle.
All mats, blocks, and bolsters will be provided by Flow Physio + Wellness. If you wish to bring your own mat, you absolutely can!

Because physio yoga is under the umbrella of Physiotherapy benefits, this operates the same as any of our physiotherapy services.
When you book online for your appointment, it will prompt you to enter your credit card.
If you attend a 1:1 Physio Yoga session, you will be charged upon completion of your appointment.
If you register for one of Rachel’s 6-week physio yoga series, you will be charged for the 6 classes in full to hold your spot and you will be provided an invoice after each class to submit to your insurance provider for reimbursement.

This is a Physiotherapy-based class series so you must be a Physiotherapy patient of Flow Physio + Wellness prior to participation.
Enrol in all 6-weeks
You will be charged to hold your 6-week spot
Each week after you attend class, your account credit will cover the class fee and an invoice will be sent to you to submit for reimbursement
If you miss a week, you will still receive your home exercise videos and education handout via email so you won’t miss a any of the education or exercises.
