  • Learn more about Brazilian Lymphatic Drainage here. Your lymphatic system plays a vital role in your overall health, acting as your body's natural detoxification network. The lymphatic system is responsible for removing waste, toxins, and excess fluid while supporting immune function and overall cellular health. When your lymphatic system is sluggish or overwhelmed, it can lead to a variety of health challenges such as inflammation, fatigue, and fluid retention. This is where Brazilian Lymphatic Draining Treatments come in.

  • What is Buccal Massage?
Buccal massage is a unique facial technique that works both inside and outside the mouth to tone facial muscles, release tension, and promote natural lifting. By targeting deeper layers of facial tissue—often untouched by traditional massage—this method helps improve circulation, reduce puffiness, and sculpt the face from within.

    Who Is It For?
This therapy is ideal for anyone seeking natural facial rejuvenation, stress relief, or enhanced skin vitality. It’s especially beneficial for those experiencing jaw tension, TMJ discomfort, or the visible signs of aging. Buccal massage is a favorite among individuals who prefer holistic beauty solutions and those recovering from facial treatments or procedures.

    Why Try It?

    • Naturally lifts and sculpts facial contours

    • Improves lymphatic drainage and circulation

    • Relieves tension in the jaw and facial muscles

    • Promotes a youthful, radiant glow

Meet Nicole Bell

Registered Massage Therapist
Certified Life Coach
Certified Breathework Practitioner
Reiki Master Practitioner

She obtained her Advanced Diploma in Massage Therapy at Sir Sandford Fleming College and became Registered Massage Therapist 2014.  Since then she has become a Certified Life Coach in 2020 and a full Reiki Master Practitioner by 2022 because she knows of the mind-body-soul connection; optimal healing does not happen without work in all three areas.
She finds the human body so fascinating; the things we are capable of, its ability to heal and grow, and what it is truly capable of. Massage Therapy was my calling, being able to help people feel better, fix and ease chronic pain, lower their stress and get them back to functioning is something she takes great pride in. Nicole also likes to use a number of modalities in her treatments to optimal results such as Cupping and Instrument Assisted Soft Tissue Manipulation (IASTM).
She has a huge passion for women's health and being a healthcare advocate for women. She has taken additional certifications for prenatal and postpartum care, infant massage and pelvic floor therapy.  Nicole loves to be able to support other mom’s through their journey having gone through this herself with her two young kids.

Nicole offers a signature treatment that is a twist on the classic Indie Head Massage Treatment which is an extremely relaxing treatment that is also very therapeutic as it addresses areas of high tension and stress. The treatment consists of oils, aromatherapy, facial cupping, Gua Sha, hot towels and Massage Therapy techniques that focus on treating the upper back, shoulders, neck, face, jaw and head and is covered through your RMT benefits.

Meet Kristen Smith

Registered Massage Therapist
Certified Yoga Teacher
Infant Massage Instructor

Kristen has been a Registered Massage Therapist since 2015 and has been a certified Prenatal and Postnatal Yoga Instructor since 2017.

Her love of prenatal and postnatal care comes from her own prenatal and postpartum experience where she noticed a lack of support for moms. From there, she knew she wanted to focus her career on this population.

Kristen’s goal is for all of her patients to feel supported and taken care of. Her classes focus on safely building strength and flexibility in the prenatal and postpartum body, while focusing on breath work and the pelvic floor. Her knowledge of the human body helps tailor her classes to the participant’s individual needs.

Kristen also offers yoga and fitness classes at Flow Physio + Wellness, you can view upcoming availability here.
