Anji is a dedicated and compassionate Registered Physiotherapist committed to improving physical health and overall well-being. She holds a Bachelor’s degree in Physiotherapy from Charotar University of Science and Technology (ARIP Institute), India and a Diploma in Fitness and Health Promotion from Durham College, Canada.

She had clinical experience in hospitals, outpatient clinics, long term care and rehabilitation centers, where she treated a wide range of conditions—from post-surgical rehab and chronic pain to sports and musculoskeletal injuries. Originally, she wanted to help people feel better physically. But over time, she now focuses on empowering people to take charge of their recovery, build confidence in their bodies, and enjoy a better quality of life long-term.

She completed an internship in Medical Hospitals and GoodLife Fitness, gaining valuable hands-on experience in fitness and rehabilitation settings and have a special interest in MSK rehabilitation and completed certifications in Vestibular and Concussion Management, Lymphatic Drainage Reflexology and also currently pursuing specialization in Pelvic Health (Level 1). She focuses on root-cause treatment through active, patient-centred rehab, combining hands-on care with education. Guided by empathy and evidence-based practice, she empowers patients to heal, regain independence, and return to what they love.

Other than work she enjoys cooking and spending time outside with her family and friends!
