Shavonne is a Registered Dietitian with a Master’s degree in Nutrition Communications, a Certified Diabetes Educator, and a yoga/Pilates instructor with over 10 years of experience helping busy individuals optimize their metabolism, energy, and overall health through evidence-based nutrition.
She works with clients of all ages, with special interest areas including blood sugar regulation, metabolic health, hormone support (including PCOS and perimenopause/menopause), chronic inflammation, and autoimmune conditions. She often supports individuals who feel stuck in a cycle of yo-yo dieting, guiding them away from extremes that don't stick and toward sustainable, long-term results.
