As 2026 comes to a close, we're taking time to celebrate the people who make Flow Physio + Wellness what it is. We asked each member of our team to reflect on the year: what they learned, what they're proud of and what they're working toward next.
This time, we're sitting down with Angel-Lina D'Amico, RMT — Registered Massage Therapist, certified in lymphatic drainage massage and cupping therapy.

Something she's proud of
"I'm proud of taking the leap into my career full-time and beginning this chapter at such an amazing clinic. Balancing the transition from completing my exams, planning a wedding, and getting married to entering my practice, made for a very busy year, but I'm proud of how much I've grown both personally and professionally throughout it all."
What she's looking forward to in 2027
"Building meaningful connections with my patients. I'm looking forward to continuing to develop as a practitioner and creating lasting relationships with the people who trust me with their care."

"Continuing education in niche areas like lymphatics and general new skills to find different approaches to care to further develop my toolbox and knowledge, as well as refine my techniques, and expand the services I'm able to offer my patients."

"I'm genuinely excited to meet every person who walks through the door! I have a huge passion for anatomy, movement, and understanding how the body works. I love getting to know my patients, understanding their goals, and making sure they feel comfortable, heard, and cared for throughout their treatment. My goal is always to create an environment where you feel comfortable asking questions and taking time for yourself."
About Angel-Lina
Angel-Lina is a Registered Massage Therapist who graduated from Algonquin College with an Advanced Diploma in Massage Therapy. She is passionate about helping clients of all ages and stages of life feel their best and work toward their individual health and wellness goals.
She has a special interest in women's health and lymphatic drainage, and also enjoys working with athletes, prenatal clients and those seeking relaxation and self-care. Angel-Lina takes a collaborative, client-centred approach to treatment and enjoys helping clients better understand their bodies and feel supported throughout their care.
Outside the clinic, Angel-Lina is passionate about fitness, healthy living and longevity. She believes that strength is beautiful and is dedicated to helping others feel strong, confident and supported in their bodies.
