Meet Aaron: 5 Questions with Our Paediatric Physiotherapist
As 2026 wraps up, we're taking a moment to get to know the people behind Flow Physio + Wellness a little better. This time we sat down with Aaron, our paediatric physiotherapist, to talk about what he's learned this year, what he's proud of, and what's ahead in 2027.
Who Aaron helps
Aaron is a paediatric physiotherapist, which means he works with babies, children and teens. Sessions with Aaron are built around play — balance games, ball skills, kicking, batting — so kids are building strength, coordination and confidence while they're having fun.
Aaron works full-time at Grandview Kids and sees patients at Flow on Wednesday mornings from 8:30 to 10:00 AM. Because his hours at the clinic are limited, he books new families from a waitlist (more on that below).
1. What is something you learned in 2026 as a healthcare professional?
"One of the most valuable things I can offer as a healthcare professional is simply being a good listener. Creating space for people to feel heard, understood and validated can be just as meaningful as the treatment or advice I provide."
2. What is something you're proud of from 2026?
"Stepping into more of a mentoring and teaching role. I've really enjoyed sharing my knowledge and experiences with others."
3. What is something you're looking forward to in 2027?
"Travelling to South Africa! I'm excited to explore somewhere new, spend time outdoors and see some cool wildlife."
4. What is a goal you have for 2027?
"To continue growing both personally and professionally, while finding a healthy balance between work, learning, travel and my personal interests."
5. Anything you'd like someone booking with you for the first time to know?
"I really value a collaborative approach to care. I encourage you to bring all your questions, ideas and experiences to our sessions. My goal is to work together to develop a plan that feels realistic, meaningful and aligned with your lifestyle and goals."
