We will be doing the raffle draw, a ribbon cutting, and our exciting Pilates announcement at 11:30AM
We will have local wellness and movement practitioners offering 20-minute mini morning classes throughout the event, our community can get a taste of some of the offerings we have in the FLOW clinic and studio and within Bowmanville! Sign up below.
We will have several raffle prizes to give away to attendees including a lululemon bag and outfit; surprises for class members; Novo Skincare hydrafacials; Julia Houston Photography mini session; Gillian Buckley 90-minute Thai Massage; $300 gift card towards our exciting Pilates announcement.
